I start my personal training relationship, with my clients, with a training assessment. During the assessment, I will review and we will discuss your assessment forms. I will look at your posture, take your body measurements, complete a body fat analysis and test your endurance fitness level. We will go over your current nutrition and discuss your health and fitness goals. I will work 1-on-1 with you on your goal of weight loss, building muscle, strength, endurance and power.
