A full body group workout class which infuses body weight, hand weights, balance, athletic and plyometric training
exercises. I designed this class to increase core stability, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Come to this fun, energetic, lively class and let your body have a blast!
With BODY BLAST, you can get the results you're looking for. I am National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer with the experience, knowledge and training needed to safely and effectively teach and motivate my members.
BODY BLAST classes include an array of diverse group fitness programs. This includes:
· Weight Control/Body Composition optimization
· Body Sculpting/Muscle Firming and Training
· Aerobic/Cardiovascular Training
· Strength Training
· Core Strengthening
· Plyometric Training
· Sport Training Drills
